This NGP Interlocking J Hook Threshold Accessory is designed for use with NGP's Interlocking Thresholds. It is ideal for exterior doors as it prevents infiltrations of air, wind and water. It is designed for installation on rabbeted bottom of doors. Available in satin finish bronze and is custom cut to size.

    NGP Brass J Hook for Interlocking Threshold is designed for use with NGP's Interlocking Thresholds.

    Typical Wall Thickness: .024"

    Door: Ideal for exterior doors and for in-swing or out-swing doors.

    Interlocking: When the door is closed it interlocks with the threshold to create a barrier against wind, air and water infiltration, making it ideal for exterior doors.

    Installation: It is designed to be installed onto the rabbeted underside of a door. Furnished with #18 x 7/8" nails.

    We mounted this on a hundred-year old, heavy exterior door in our main entryway. My only complaint is that the metal needs to be a heavier grade -- we had trouble trimming and cold fitting it without distorting the interlocking portion and then having to straighten that out before final mounting. But the store was willing to sell and ship a single piece which we greatly appreciate.
