Extender is available in .75", 2.00", and 3.00" widths, and is designed to latch onto Pemko residential thresholds that have the requisite latching component at the lower end of threshold slope. Key Features of this Product Include:
Dimensions: Extenders come in .75", 2.00", and 3.00" widths. Point of junction with threshold at top of slope is .5” in height, and height at the bottom of the slope varies based on width (see product specs).
Compatibility: Extenders fit all Pemko thresholds with a 5 degree bevel and a height of .5" at the lower end of the slope. Look for the requisite latching component at the lower end of threshold slope to ensure compatibility.

Extender worked for a Masonite entry door I had purchased from Home Depot. The part needed just slight bending of the lower rail to insert into the Masonite threshold and it fit! I have 8" cinderblock walls so the regular 5" threshold needed to be extended with this 3" extender. Couldn't find it anywhere else online so this shopping experience was awesome for this rare part! Thanks to tmhardware I was able to finish the door installation.
