Pemko #95518 Adjustable Height Threshold, Aluminum Top, 1.125” H, 5.75” W

This wood and aluminum adjustable height threshold can be adapted .25” in height to accommodate uneven door bottoms and sub-sill level changes. Width can also be customized by ordering one of our Threshold Width Extenders, Aluminum, 2”, 3", and 3/4" W, for Pemko Thresholds. Can be ordered with a standard or narrow wood trim (see specs).

The adjustable mechanism comprises of a two-part zinc plated steel stud shoulder screw which joins a long-barreled, zinc plated steel T-nut for increased stability (see product specs).

A PemkoPrene™ moisture barrier between the adjustable aluminum cap and the adjacent sloped aluminum extrusion (see product specs) prevents water intrusion. Sloped aluminum extrusion is grooved to prevent slipping.

Key Features of this Product:

Dimensions: 1.125” in height and 5.75” in width. If ordered with a narrower wood trim, threshold width measures 5.5625". Can be adjusted up to .25” additional height for best seal. Slope has a 5˚ bevel.

Easy Snap-on extension is available to increase threshold width by 2”, 3, and 3/4" to accomodate jambs as wide as 8.75". See our Threshold Width Extenders, Aluminum, 2”, 3", and 3/4" W, for Pemko Thresholds.

Compatibility: Residential Sills are designed specifically for the pre-hung door market. Can be used for standard door applications as well. Sills are for use with standard 4.625" jamb width.

Finishes: Available in aluminum mill finish, bright dip gold anodized, dark bronze anodized, and satin nickel anodized aluminum.

Installation: Threshold is furnished un-drilled and without screws or nails. If threshold is being drilled into concrete, an Expansion Anchor is recommended.
