This Magnetic Flush Door Holder is 2-1/2" in diameter and has a totally flush mount for heavy duty applications. This holder features a very low profile which reduces the risk of tripping and eases floor cleaning. Mounting hardware and installation instructions provided. Made of solid brass, this flush door holder will stop and hold your door. Because it has a totally flush mount, it allows for heavy duty stop applications. Featuring a very low profile the risk of tripping is reduced and floor cleaning is eased. When the magnet approaches the strike (mounted on the floor) an arm raises up to 3/4" to stop and hold the door.

Installation: See diagram in product data tab for details. The strike plate is mounted to the floor and the magnet is screwed to the bottom of the door.

Strength: Can hold doors with a weight of up to 80 pounds (Magnetic pull is 3 pounds).

Great low profile door stop

Comments about Deltana Magnetic Flush Door Holder, 2-1/2" Diameter

We have a nice "his and hers" office at home and just installed French doors and wanted door stops but that we wouldn't trip over and looked good as our office is very formal. These stops are very low profile and easy to install and look and work great. One thing to consider is gap between bottom of door and door stop because if the gap is too high the magnet won't lift the catch.
