This Zero #627 Threshold Door Stop / Butt Threshold is fitted with a neoprene gasket and EBF, providing a reliable seal to your doorway. Available in Aluminum Mill Finish with options of Epoxy Abrasives and Full Body Strength. Length is custom cut to size.

    Door closes against Threshold Stop / Butt Threshold with Seal to create a stong barrier against outdoor elements.

    Finish: Aluminum mill finish

    Seal: Double Solid Neoprene EBF (Extruded Bulb and Finger Design). The bulb has great compression properties while the additional finger aids in sealing extra gaps due to misalignment during installation or natural warping of the door. Solid neoprene will remain effective in extreme weather conditions.

    Installation: Installation Instructions and screws provided. If threshold is being drilled into concrete, Expansion Anchors are recommended.

    Additional Options Include:

    • Non-Stick Epoxy Abrasives can be bonded into the grooves. The tread provides a coefficient of friction of 1.02 dry and 0.98 wet to comply with ADA, OSHA and most local building codes requirements.
    • Full Body Strength: An aluminum composite filler containing aluminum oxide and silicone carbide. Ideal applications include heavy commercial traffic in supply rooms, manufacturing buildings, schools, cafeterias, automobile dealers, hospitals, and industrial facilities.
