Pemko #315N Door Bottom, Aluminum or Bronze with .438" Neoprene Seal

This door bottom, with a 1.25" sleek aluminum casing is fitted with a neoprene extrusion which is smoke, fire and air infiltration rated. It is surface applied to create a seal between the door bottom and threshold / floor surface. Available in Bronze and various anodized aluminum variations. It is custom cut to size.

This door bottom is surface applied to create a seal between the door bottom and threshold / floor surface. It is fitted with a fire, smoke and air infiltration rated neoprene extrusion. Encased in a 1.25" high quality aluminum / brass casing, it is surely long-lasting and will provide ongoing superior performance and will not impede proper operation of door. Available in various different finishes and is custom cut to size.

Installation instructions and screws provided. Screws are colored to coordinate with casing.

We have a 100+ year old house that had the the original door on it that needed replaced. Because of the age of the house, it isn't a "stock" door so we found a carpenter to build us a new beautiful door. Still, because of some house settling, the was a small gap in the bottom. We searched for something that would be consistent with the look of the door. We ordered, then installed these and not only are they beautiful but they keep the Minnesota cold out. I expect this product to help keep us warm for years to come.
