Pemko #5041 Door Sweep, Mortised Aluminum with .406" Nylon or Soft Brush

This fully mortised door bottom sweep is the ultimate design for concealed weatherstripping needs. It has a dense row of bristles which prevents air, dust, insects and smoke from penetrating through the gap under doors. Casing is made of aluminum, with a choice of brush inserts and is custom cut to size.

This door bottom sweep is the ultimate design for concealed weatherstripping needs. Its mortised casing will not effect the appearance of the door, which is great for designer doors and luxury condos. It prevents air, dust, drafts, insects and smoke from penetrating through the gap under doors. Casing is made of aluminum and is custom cut to size.

It consists of an aluminum casing and .406" bristles. The high quality bristles conform well to surface irregularities and can be used directly over the floor or over a doorway threshold. They remain flexible in temperatures as low as -40°F and +400ºF, making them an option for external doors.

Nylon Brush consists of densely compressed nylon filaments. Soft Brush is made of very flexible, soft bristles, which is ideal over delicate floor surfaces, such as carpet.
