This Zero #253 door bottom sweep provides reliable sill protection, while maintaining the clean and neat look of the door. It is fitted with a smoke rated solid neoprene fingered insert that will effectively minimize infiltration of dust, smoke, drafts and moisture. Available in aluminum mill finish, and is custom cut to size.

This smoke rated door sweep provides reliable sill protection while still maintaining the clean and neat look of the door. It is comprised of an aluminum casing which is fully mortised within a slot of 1.024" (w) x .25" (h). The track is fitted with a solid neoprene fingered insert which can fill gaps up to .187". The seal is made with high quality material that will last through many usages and ensure smooth operation. The seal remains flexible in all weather conditions and conforms well to surface irregularities.

It is recommended that this product be used in conjunction with a Doorway Saddle.

The fully mortised aspect of this product makes it ideal for high end designer doors and luxury hotels and condo units that seek to maintain a clean look for on doors.
