Pemko #SA1-4 Automatic Door Bottom, Residential Surface Mounted with Vinyl Seal, .5" Drop

This light duty automatic door bottom is ideal for residential doors which do not have to withstand very heavy traffic abuse. It is fitted with a vinyl bulb seal that lowers up to .5" when the door is closed to prevent the infiltration of dust, drafts, light, and water seepage. It can be surface mounted to wooden doors.

This light-duty automatic door bottom is ideal for residential doors which do not have to withstand very heavy traffic abuse.

Designed to be surface mounted to the face of the door. This can be trimmed in the field up to 2".

Fitted with a vinyl rubber bulb seal which compresses when in contact with the floor surface. Seals drops up to .5".

Installation: Installation instructions and screws provided. Screws are colored to coordinate with casing. End plates are not provided.
