Quality of product is good. Quality of packing is terrible. I finally received after the second try at shipping. Had some scratches due to the least amount of packaging possible. At nearly $250 each I expected more. Any shipment, handled by any carrier is going to be thrown or dropped many times before it arrives. Pack accordingly.

We used this threshold on some roof level openings on a multifamily project. The wall was 12-1/2" wide and we were struggling to find a threshold that would cap the wall with a short lead time. I came across TMH and ordered 3 of them right away. The threshold came in about a week later in perfect condition with no scratches and was exactly what I ordered.
