This ADA compliant and fire rated 12" wide Saddle Threshold is extruded from high quality aluminum, providing long lasting superior performance. It has a height clearance of .25" which aids in insulating a room as well as creates a smooth transition between two floor surfaces. Available in various different finishes and length is custom cut to size.

Used to bridge the gap between the existing finished floor and sidewalk after a wall was removed. This was basically two pieces spot welded together every 10" or so. Did not seem very sturdy. I guess we'll know before too long.

The product was quality made abd had pre-drilled holes for ease of install. I use different screws since it would be outside. I prefer to use stainless steel when in the weather around Michigan. Otherwise I would have used the screws supplied
