This Door Threshold has easy maintenance since its smooth top prevents ice and dirt from gathering in the grooves.

Finishes: Available in various different finishes (Oil Rubbed Bronze is also available for 40% above standard Bronze price, can be purchased through our office.)

A Note on Finishes: Aluminum Mill Finish is plain smooth metal as it comes from the mill, without a coating. Bronze is a mill finish, sometimes referred to as Architectural Bronze. It is a solid bronze piece, which increases longevity and aesthetics, thus the large difference in price. It gets darker in color with time when exposed to the environment. Anodizing is an electrolytic process that applies a corrosion-resistant coating to the aluminum for longer wear and color maintenance.

Installation: Installation instructions and screws provided. Screws are colored to blend in with the saddle. If the threshold is being drilled into concrete, an Expansion Anchor is recommended.
