Modular Ramps are designed to transition offset floor conditions and ease movement for those with limited mobility. This ramp compensates for a .5" floor offset and has a top plate to ensure a smooth transition. Modular Ramps are designed to transition offset floor conditions and ease movement for those with limited mobility. This ramp compensates for a .5” floor offset and has a short or long top plate which ensures smooth transition and protects the upper floor surface. This ramp is wheelchair compatible and meets the slope requirements for Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The grooved surface allows for a stronger grip, to prevent slipping.

Finishes: Available in standard Aluminum Mill Finish or with Aluminum PemKote™ Non-Slip surface. PemKote™ is highly recommended for all thresholds placed in exterior conditions where moisture may be present.

Miter Return Ends Pieces: The use of Miter Returns are recommended to seal the sides of the ramps (see detailed images). However, the miter returns do not meet the ADA slope requirements and are not ADA compliant. If miter returns are not used, it is recommended to fill and feather the threshold ends with grout - do not leave the ramp ends open.

Ramp has a total of 3 components which are easily interlocked and welding is not required for installation.

  Plate has a length of 3.5”. The ramp component length is 9.25”, making it a total 12.75” length. Ramp with short top plate has 2 screws per foot. (Ex: a 36" width ramp will have 3 rows of 2 screws, with a total of 6 screws).

  Plate has a length of 7”. The ramp component length is 9.25”, making it a total 16.25” length . The large length of the plate works well with floor closers. Ramp with long top plate has 3 screws per foot. (Ex: a 36" width ramp will have 3 rows of 3 screws, with a total of 9 screws).

- Weatherstripping products will not be considered for returns.
- Item must be in new, re-saleable condition.

- Return shipping is customer's responsibility. A return address will be provided with RMA#.
