This Zero #53A mortised meeting stile is designed with a solid neoprene bulb seal. It is fully mortised into the edge of the door and can fill gaps up to .25". Retainer is made of aluminum and is custom cut to size.

    This Zero #53A_MS mortised meeting stile is designed with a solid neoprene bulb seal. It is fully mortised into the edge of the door and can fill gaps up to .25". 

    Door Compatibility: Recommended for wooden doors with a radius edge. Recommended mortised channel size is .313" x .75".

    Retainer Dimensions: .218" x .750" x Length is custom cut to size up to 104" (Larger sizes can be purchased through our office)

    Seal: Rubber Bulb is made of high quality solid neoprene. Seal is reversible to either smooth surface or surface with additional fingers.

    Excellent product, but no installation instructions.

    Comments about Zero #53 Meeting Stile, Mortised Track with Reversible Neoprene Seal

    My track is 8' long. Neoprene gland becomes difficult to slide after 3 - 4 feet of insertion. Pressing it into slots punctures edge. Instruction on how to best insert it would be helpful. Got it done, but it took two people to feed and pull from both ends.
