Pemko #345V Door Bottom, 1.5" Aluminum Rain Drip with .75" Rubber Seal

This door bottom sweep is a great addition to seal exterior doors, or to protect the edges of interior doors. The high quality aluminum casing has a Rain Drip Cap which deflects water to prevents seepage through the gap under doors and protect the door from abuse. It is fitted with a Eco-V Vinyl Fin Seal which reduces infiltration of fire, smoke drafts, moisture, air and dust.

Key Features Include:

Casing Design: This door bottom sweep is designed to be surface mounted to the face of an exterior or interior door. The casing extends approximately 1" along the height of the door. Casing is made of high quality aluminum that will withstand traffic abuse and continuously provide superior performance.

Seals: Casing is fitted with an Eco-V Vinyl Fin Seal. Eco-V is comparable to standard vinyl, however it is a newer, greener and more environmentally friendly version. It surpasses the quality and durability of standard vinyl, resulting in a longer service life and less need for replacement. The seal extends .5" (1/2") past the rain drip cap, and can fill gaps up to .75" (3/4").

Rain Drip Cap: Casing has a Rain Drip Cap which projects .5625" (9/16") from the casing to deflect water and prevent seepage. Additionally, it protects the bottom of the door from traffic abuse.

Installation Guide and screws provided. Screws are colored to coordinate with casing.
