This Threshold is a high quality low profile door threshold to finish off doorways and create smooth transitions between floor surfaces. It is wheelchair compatible and fire rated. It is built from heavy duty material for long life performance.

Finishes: Available in many different finishes; choose from dropdown below. (Oil Rubbed Bronze can also be purchased through our office, for an additional 49% of standard bronze pricing)

A Note on Finishes: Aluminum Mill Finish is plain smooth metal as it comes from the mill, without a coating. Bronze is a mill finish, sometimes referred to as Architectural Bronze. It is a solid bronze piece, which increases longevity and aesthetics, thus the large difference in price. It gets darker in color in time when exposed to the environment. Anodizing is an electrolytic process that applies a corrosion-resistant coating to the aluminum for longer wear and color maintenance. All Zero's anodized products are anodized to 204 (dipped four times)!

Installation: Installation instructions and screws provided. If threshold is being drilled into concrete, an Expansion Anchor is recommended.

Drilling: This product is drilled at standard factory locations.

Non-Stick Epoxy Abrasives can be bonded into the grooves. The tread provides a coefficient of friction of 1.02 dry and 0.98 wet to comply with ADA, OSHA and most local building codes requirements.
Full Body Strength: An aluminum composite filler containing aluminum oxide and silicone carbide. Ideal applications include heavy commercial traffic in supply rooms, manufacturing buildings, schools, cafeterias, automobile dealers, hospitals, industrial facilities.
