This Zero #653 3" doorway threshold finishes off doorways nicely and creates a smooth transition between two floor surfaces. It is fire rated and wheelchair accessible. Available in many different finishes and is custom cut to size. This threshold is supplied with drilling holes (unless otherwise specified). Options of epoxy and full body strength available, see details below.

    This doorway threshold finishes off doorways nicely and creates a smooth transition between two floor surfaces. It is fire rated and wheelchair accessible. Options of epoxy and full body strength available, see details below.

    Installation: Installation instructions and screws provided. If threshold is being drilled into concrete, an Expansion Anchor is recommended.

    Drilling: This product is drilled at standard factory locations.

    Additional Options - Select from options above:

    • Non-Stick Epoxy Abrasives can be bonded into the grooves. The tread provides a coefficient of friction of 1.02 dry and 0.98 wet to comply with ADA, OSHA and most local building codes requirements.
    • Full Body Strength: An aluminum composite filler containing aluminum oxide and silicone carbide. Ideal applications include heavy commercial traffic in supply rooms, manufacturing buildings, schools, cafeterias, automobile dealers, hospitals, industrial facilities.
