Communication is Key
The product seems to be great - no complaints there (but they are on site now to install, so we will see). The only problem with the purchase is that they were supposed to ship directly to us by March 31st. On April 3rd, I sent a request for the tracking info since I'd heard nothing. On April 4th, was advised that the order had not shipped and some of the wooden material had been broken the previous week, but no one let us know, and they still had to order more wood and wait for that to arrive before they could produce the pulls. When an order is behind, it is imperative that the customer be notified so that those in the field can be apprised of the delay. Time is money (and reputation is at stake) is this business.
