Pemko #2053 Half Threshold, 4" (W) Aluminum for Residential Application, 1" (H)

A half threshold is used to correct a floor offset between rooms and to eliminate the tripping hazard associated with differences in floor surface heights. This residential half threshold fills offsets of 1". It is fire rated, and is available in aluminum mill finish or dark bronze anodized.

Installation: Installation instructions and screws provided. Screws are colored to coordinate with saddle. Be sure to caulk all support legs or lay in mastic for best seal. If threshold is being drilled into concrete, an Expansion Anchor is recommended.
