PC Henderson SIM200A Simultaneous Action Sliding Door Series, 200 Lbs. Door

Simultaneous Action (SIM) Sliding Doors allow individual bi-part doors to act as a single operating unit. When one door is opened or closed, the second door operates simultaneously. This series includes all the parts necessary to install SIM sliding panels up to 48" wide and 200 lbs. each. Choose between overhead and side wall mounting options.

Side Wall Mounting Option will also include Aluminum Bracket Kit. The side wall bracket reduces the amount of wall space needed to mount the track. Place one at each end with no more than three feet in between. Appropriate number of brackets come according to length ordered.

Materials: Track is made of lightweight yet durable aluminum. Hangar body is white nylon-bodied with needle bearing wheels.

Customization Options:

1. Snap–On Fascia Cover (F134C): Aesthetic, clear anodized aluminum cover for concealing hangar, track, and wheels. When using fascia, offset hanger foot 1⁄8" closer to fascia face of the door. See detailed images.

2. Bottom Channel (94A): Used as a guide channel when using a Roller Guide. Roller guide is used instead of a mortise guide (described below).\

3. Roller Guide (106R/94): In place of a mortise in the bottom of the door for the bottom guide, this roller guide can be installed at the bottom of the door and used with a guide channel (94A).

4. Aluminum, 5” Wide Threshold with Guide Channel (971A): Used in place of a bottom channel with all the benefits of a threshold. Please contact us to order.

5. White Nylon Bottom Mortise Guide on Zinc Plated “L” Metal: A side wall bottom mortise guide which allows carpet or tile to be replaced without removing the door. (102WN)

Returns:
- This product is custom made and is not returnable.
- We are committed to your satisfaction, as a courtesy, we may, at our discretion accept returns with a minimum 35% restock fee.
- CLAIMS FOR SHORTAGE OR DAMAGE IN TRANSIT: All claims must be made within Seven (7) days of receipt of goods.
- Weatherstripping products will not be considered for returns.
- Item must be in new, re-saleable condition.
- Please call or email us to receive an RMA number before returning. No returns will be processed without an RMA number.
- Return shipping is customer's responsibility. A return address will be provided with RMA#.
