This smoke rated door sweep can be applied to an overhead door, ideal for garages, to create a seal against drafts, dust, moisture and the likes. It is comprised of a 1.75" wide aluminum track which is surface mounted to the underside of the door, eliminating the need for unsightly mounting screws.

The track is fitted with a solid neoprene insert which compresses against the floor surface to ensure a reliable seal. It can fill gaps up to 1.063 inches and can be used directly on the floor surface or against a saddle. It is built from high quality material that is sure to last through constant usages. This product can also be applied as a finger protection between two meeting doors (see our Meeting Stile, Finger Protection Track with Neoprene).

What you expect. Decent Product.

Comments about Zero #72A Garage & Overhead Door Seal, Aluminum Track with 1.063" Neoprene

Pretty much exactly what you expect. Just keep in mind that neoprene will shrink/expand with temperature (like just about anything I guess). Unless the product is unnaturally cold upon install, you may find some shrinkage later leading to gaps in your corners if you cut them exactly with no overlaps. Be sure you're ready for this. I will probably buy this product again and attempt to see if throwing it in the freezer before cutting to length helps us. Could make slipping it on difficult... My application was more akin to an astragal, so for regular garage doors/overhead doors, you really shouldn't have a problem with ensuring a full seal as you should have plenty of space for shrinkage which for any normal overhead door should be the case. A dab of grease helps for sliding it on as well.
