This Oak casing door bottom is a great aesthetic option for sealing gaps under wooden doors without detracting from the look of the door. This door bottom sweep is fitted with a row of densely compressed nylon filaments encased in an unfinished oak casing. The brush seal conforms well to floor surfaces which prevents infiltration of light, air, wind, rain and snow.
Insert: Fitted with a row of dense compressed nylon filaments which conform well to surface irregularities. Bristles have an effective temperature range of -40°F to over 400°F, making it ideal for exterior doors. Insert color is black.
Installation: Surface mounted to the face of the door. Installation instructions and screws are provided.

I bought 14 of these and half of them did not have the brush securely fastened to the Oak casing. I tried gluing them but it did not work well so the easiest fix was to slightly bend the brush metal so that it would not slide out of the casing. This did the trick, but come on! Send me a product that is put together properly!!!
