This 1" aluminum casing with a neoprene seal can be applied as a door gasket or meeting stile. A high quality, .25" extruded neoprene seal with an extruded bulb and finger design, creates a double seal that will prevent the infiltration of drafts, light, sound, and smoke, as well as compensate for any warping or misalignment during installation.
Door Gasket: Applied around the perimeter of the door for head and jamb protection. The aluminum casing is surface applied to the stop of the door. When closed, the door compresses against the neoprene seal to create a solid barrier. Product is designed to fill gaps of approximately .25".
Meeting Stile: Designed to be surface mounted on a pair of active doors. When installed on the face of the door, it can fill a gap of .500"
Installation screw provided. Screws are colored to blend unobtrusively into casing.
