did not like this for my application
Ordered two of these. One came detached from the aluminum and the other fell apart during installation. I had to reglue both rubber strips to the aluminum with some of my own high performance adhesive. Given the price of these units I had expected better. The rubber strip was tacked on with a small bit of rubber cement: very poor workmanship!!
While I liked the thickness of the neoprene and the basic look of the item, as soon as I put up the door sweep to locate the correct installation height, the neoprene began to sag from one end, showing the glue that had attached it. This happened to both of the door sweeps of this type that I ordered. I went ahead and installed one anyway, but was unable to use the other one.
