The Ives 1012RP Hinge is made from 1040 steel and features a button non-rising pin and caps. This residential hinge is 3.5" x 3.5" and has 1/4" rounded corners. Recommended for doors weighing less than 70 lbs and not exceeding 3' x 7'. For low frequency residential applications. Not for use with a door closer.
